About Us
Mountain Spring Bees & Co. is a homegrown company in Mill Run, Pennsylvania, located in the foothills of the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. It all started as just a hobby with 3 colonies. After attending many classes, meetings, and seminars, I realized how much I enjoyed honey bees. I also began removing colonies from structures that emphasized, even more so, how remarkable these little architects really are. Our honey bee yard has now grown to over 35 hives and we decided what better way to use what nature has provided and started creating the majority of our products by incorporating ingredients from our own Beehives.
Vision
I'm Nathan, the man behind Mountain Spring Bees. The love of being an outdoorsman is where my interest in beekeeping started. Honey Bees are an incredible species and an integral part of our ecosystem. They have a positive impact on our everyday lives, providing us with 80% of pollinated crops.

With my wife Amanda, we create a variety of products, focusing on natural ingredients. We offer a line of skincare, body, and home products that are thoughtfully made to promote wellness and relaxation, whether you prefer a skincare routine, spa-like bath experience, or simply light a candle and relax.
Mission

Our products are crafted in small batches using the finest butters, botanicals, clays, essential oils, naturally sourced oils, and colorants. Our products are always paraben, phthalate, and sulfate-free. We prefer to use all-natural therapeutic-grade essential oils. On occasion, to achieve a more complex fragrance palate, that can't be solely obtained by essential oils, we use phthalate-free fragrance oil.

We are advocates and lovers of furry friends so our products are never on animals.

When it comes to packaging, we strive to be mindful of the environment. We use recyclable, biodegradable, and eco-friendly packaging wherever we can to do our part in saving the planet.
